RECOGNIZED FOR NURTURING ARTS

The U.S based SWathi Lakshmanan has been recognized by the Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records for conducting a virtual music and dance festival, "Margazhi in San Francisco" for the maximum number of consecutive days during the pandemic. With a focus on Indian classical art forms, the festival helped from December 15, 2020 - January 13, 2021, featured more than 56 artists from across the globe.

The U.S based Purvi Narayanan, Nidhi Narendrakumar, and Emma Selvin has been recognized by the My Dream dance TV America for their Performance and have been Honored with Titles "My Dream Dance Narrator", My Dream Bharathiya Narthaka" and "My Dream Story Teller" respectively on April 18th 2021.

Swathi Lakshmanan (born on November 16, 1990) of Tamil Nadu, India (now residing in California, USA), set a record for organising a virtual dance and music festival for the maximum number of consecutive days. The event, which witnessed the participation of 56 people, lasted 30 days from December 15, 2020 to January 13, 2021. It was focused on Indian classical art forms like Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi, Mohiniattam, Kathak, Odissi and Carnatic music, as confirmed on February 8, 2021.
