 Yathomanas Thatho-Bhaavoo Yathobhavas Thathoo-Rasaha

Meaning

  • The dancer should be able to sing, to communicate through the mudras (hand gestures), and emotions through the eyes.

  • The dancer should maintain the rhythm / Thala in her feet

  • Where the hands go, the eyes should follow

  • Where the eyes go the mind should follow.

  • Where there is mind, there is an expression

  • When there are expressions the flavor arises.
